Before embarking on his private sector journey in 2017, Glen dedicated his service to the Jackson Police Department. He fearlessly tackled a broad spectrum of cases during his tenure, leaving no stone unturned in pursuing justice. His investigative portfolio includes complex and high-stakes cases such as homicides, robberies, thefts, narcotics, gang-related activities, sex crimes, and crimes against children.
Glen's exceptional commitment to safeguarding the vulnerable led him to serve as the department's lead investigator in the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. This role demanded both expertise and compassion. Additionally, he has actively participated in multiple federal task forces, further honing his skills and expanding his network in the field.

Betsy Moon is originally from Atlanta, GA, where she graduated from DeKalb Christian Academy and began her college career with Georgia State University. Betsy moved to Tennessee and attended Belmont University, where she earned a BS in Criminal Justice. She attended MTSU and TSU where she received a Masters degree in Criminal Justice Administration.
Betsy’s work experience within the Criminal Justice field is diverse. She has worked in the probation system for both adult and juvenile offenders. Her passion is in Juvenile Justice, where she spent the majority of her career at Metro Nashville Juvenile Court. She served as an Investigator with DCS in the Office of Child Safety. At DCS, Betsy investigated allegations of child abuse, including death and sexual abuse cases. Betsy is also qualified as a mitigation specialist through her education and experience.
She continues to enjoy working with juveniles and assisting them when they find themselves enmeshed in the Criminal Justice system. She enjoys looking for the story behind the crime. She is passionate about the defense of her clients and believes they are deserving of the best representation available. She is proud to be a part of the defense team.
Betsy has over 10 years of experience as a licensed private investigator and recently obtained training and a certification in criminal mitigation.

Jessie Goodman Bailey is a private investigator based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she leads criminal defense investigations throughout Chattanooga and the surrounding East Tennessee region.
Jessie brings three years of hands-on experience as a criminal defense paralegal, giving her a strong foundation in case strategy, discovery review, client communication, and courtroom preparation. Her background allows her to approach investigations with a clear understanding of how facts, timelines, and witness statements translate into effective legal defense.
In addition to her investigative work, Jessie is a small business owner in Chattanooga, reflecting her professionalism, organizational skill, and commitment to serving her community. She also volunteers with the Hamilton County Jail Art Program, where she supports rehabilitation and creative expression for incarcerated individuals—an experience that deepens her empathy and insight when working with clients facing the criminal justice system.
Jessie is known for being detail-oriented, driven, and deeply invested in her cases and clients. She approaches every investigation with focus, integrity, and persistence, ensuring that each client receives thorough, thoughtful, and ethical investigative support.

We are pleased to welcome Timothy “Tim” Foster as the newest private investigator on our team. Tim brings nearly 25 years of federal law-enforcement, investigative, and protective-security experience, including a distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
During his FBI career, Tim investigated illegal narcotics distribution and the diversion of prescription medications before assuming increasingly senior training and leadership positions. He ultimately served as a Supervisory Special Agent and the FBI’s Field Firearms Program Manager, overseeing firearms training programs for all 56 FBI field offices and the Bureau’s international Legal Attaché offices. His responsibilities included supervising instructors and support personnel, developing and administering nationwide training programs, and managing significant operational budgets and resources.
Before joining the FBI, Tim served as a Special Agent and Uniformed Division Officer with the United States Secret Service. His assignments included protecting the President, Vice President, their families, and other dignitaries; providing security at the White House; investigating threats against Secret Service protectees; and conducting criminal investigations involving counterfeit Treasury checks and credit cards.
Following his federal service, Tim continued his work in public safety as Director of Safety, Security and Risk Mitigation at Union University, where he was responsible for the security of approximately 2,800 students across a 360-acre campus. He has also taught criminal justice at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology and trained law-enforcement officers and deputies throughout West Tennessee.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and maintains firearms-instructor certifications through the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security and the Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission. His extensive investigative background, attention to detail, sound judgment, and experience handling sensitive, high-stakes matters make him an exceptional addition to our investigative team.
