With a career spanning over 13 years in law enforcement, Glen Buckley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to 731 Investigations as our Owner and Lead Private Investigator.
Before embarking on his private sector journey in 2017, Glen dedicated his service to the Jackson Police Department. He fearlessly tackled a broad spectrum of cases during his tenure, leaving no stone unturned in pursuing justice. His investigative portfolio includes complex and high-stakes cases such as homicides, robberies, thefts, narcotics, gang-related activities, sex crimes, and crimes against children.
Glen's exceptional commitment to safeguarding the vulnerable led him to serve as the department's lead investigator in the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. This role demanded both expertise and compassion. Additionally, he has actively participated in multiple federal task forces, further honing his skills and expanding his network in the field.
Glen is not just a seasoned investigator; he is a certified cell phone forensic examiner and a certified child forensic interviewer. His dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards is unwavering.

Betsy Moon
Investigator
Betsy Moon is originally from Atlanta, GA, where she graduated from DeKalb Christian Academy and began her college career with Georgia State University. Betsy moved to Tennessee and attended Belmont University, where she earned a BS in Criminal Justice. She attended MTSU and TSU where she received a Masters degree in Criminal Justice Administration.
Betsy’s work experience within the Criminal Justice field is diverse. She has worked in the probation system for both adult and juvenile offenders. Her passion is in Juvenile Justice, where she spent the majority of her career at Metro Nashville Juvenile Court. She served as an Investigator with DCS in the Office of Child Safety. At DCS, Betsy investigated allegations of child abuse, including death and sexual abuse cases. Betsy is also qualified as a mitigation specialist through her education and experience.
She continues to enjoy working with juveniles and assisting them when they find themselves enmeshed in the Criminal Justice system. She enjoys looking for the story behind the crime. She is passionate about the defense of her clients and believes they are deserving of the best representation available. She is proud to be a part of the defense team.
Betsy has over 5 years of experience as a licensed private investigator and recently obtained training and a certification in criminal mitigation.
Chad Burroughs
Investigator
Chad is the newest member of the team. A Nashville native with a career in Military Intelligence and Surveillance with specialization in Aerial Reconnaissance and Close Air Support, He has assisted in the targeting and retrieval of many high value targets and assisted in combat search and rescue missions. In the private sector, Chad has certifications in Armed Security, First Aid and Private Investigation. He has also deployed as a Federal Contractor with the State Department in the Middle East.
Currently working on a degree in Air and Space Technologies with the Community College of the Air Force, he will be pursuing a Criminal Justice Bachelors program. With experience in Anti-Human Trafficking through 5 years of Non-profit volunteer work, he has recovered 3 missing teens and escorted several victims to safehouses and provided security and counter surveillance during trials and recovery programs. He is continuing to build skillsets in missing persons, social media analysis, surveillance, drone photography/videography, and crime scene analysis.
As a devoted leader skilled at developing relationships and utilizing software tools to improve information collection & and analysis, He is focused on real-time decision making, thorough analysis and performance-based results. He’s ready for your case.
